1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Kesting Funky Art Studio.
Personal Enjoyment: When you purchase an original painting, you own the physical artwork.
Copyright: The artist retains all reproduction rights. You may not scan, print, or reproduce the image for commercial sale or distribution without express written permission from the studio.
2. Product Authenticity & Variations
Every piece created in our Daytona Beach lab is a handmade, "funky" original.
Handmade Nature: Because we use fluid acrylics and epoxy resin, minor textures, "cells," or tiny surface variations are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered flaws.
Color Display: We photograph our art to be as true-to-life as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display the colors with 100% accuracy.
3. Payments & Orders
All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.
Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping process follows our Shipping & Handling Policy. We ship via USPS and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
By purchasing from our studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our work, all sales are final.
6. Safety & Usage Disclaimer
Our art is intended for decorative display purposes only. Epoxy resin should be kept away from extreme heat and open flames. Our artwork is not intended for food contact or as a toy for children.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kesting Funky Art Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or purchase of our art shall be handled in the jurisdiction of Daytona Beach, FL.
