At Kesting Funky Art Studio, we pour our hearts (and a lot of high-quality resin) into every piece. Because our art is one-of-a-kind and handmade in our Daytona Beach studio, we have a specific policy to protect both our family’s work and your investment.
⚡ All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of fluid art and the high risk of damage during return transit, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." We provide detailed photos and descriptions of every piece to ensure you know the "vibe" before you buy. Please review all measurements and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
📦 Shipping Damage & Claims
We use a Double-Protection packing method (cushioned bubble wrap envelopes tucked safely into sturdy shipping boxes) to ensure your art survives the USPS journey. However, if the unthinkable happens and your art arrives damaged:
Document the Damage: Take clear photos of the damaged shipping box before opening, and then take photos of the damage to the artwork itself.
Contact the Crew: Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.
Resolution: Once we receive your photos, we will work with you to file a claim with the carrier. Valid damage claims will be settled via a full refund or a studio credit for a future "funky" find.
✨ Handmade Character
Part of the "funky" charm of our studio is that our art is made by hand, not by a machine! Tiny organic textures or minor "beauty marks" in the epoxy finish are a normal part of the fluid art process and are not considered defects.
